‘Back 4′ Coordination’:
This exercise stimulate the search for coordination in the movement of the ‘Back 4’. The correct interpretation of the intention of the opponent with the ball is a fundamental factor to decide the kind of movement to make. back-4 Video:
‘Back 4’ – Sprinting Forward:

’Line of 4’ – Zonal Defense:
