Transitional Game 3 teams of 5 with GK’s 1 team will act as targets 1 team will possess and switch the point – score 1 point when you successfully switch 1 team will defend and transition to goal – score 1 point for each goal Play 3x 4 minutes with each team rotating roles – Team with the most points at the end wins Key points * Speed of play in possession 1-2 touch if we can * Look to play targets on the outside first – if you can’t look for the next highest pass * Positive react when you lose the ball – quick pressure on the ball by getting compact * Double up when you can (2 players pressure and not allow players to pass or shoot)

Rob currently holds his USSF A License, NSCAA Advanced National Diploma, English FA Level 1 Licenses, and FA Disability Awareness Award. Rob has coached for various clubs and programs in both the UK and US. He started at Everton Football Club working with both the community and youth programs and teams. He has worked for Chicago Fire Camps and Training and was most recently U15-U18 Age Group Director at Chill SBC Soccer Club. Robert currently serves as Program Director at Midwest United FC as well as Midwest United 03 Girls Academy Head Coach. He also serves as assistant coach for GRFC Women’s Team.
