Developing speed of play in possession The size is determined based on numbers and level of play. To challenge high level players make each square about 8×8 (5v2). Play a 5v2 or 4v2 in one half of the activity and leave a target on the opposite side to possession. Once the team has made 5 passes play the target player and tranfer to the other square. Score 1 point each time you play the ball to the target player and back in. Rob is originally from Liverpool, England and lives in Michigan. Rob currently holds his USSF A License, NSCAA Advanced National Diploma, English FA Level 1 Licenses, and FA Disability Awareness Award. Rob has coached for various clubs and programs in both the UK and US. He started at Everton Football Club working with both the community and youth programs and teams. He has worked for Chicago Fire Camps and Training and was most recently U15-U18 Age Group Director at Chill SBC Soccer Club. Robert currently serves as Program Director at Midwest United FC as well as Midwest United 03 Girls Academy Head Coach. He also serves as assistant coach for GRFC Women’s Team.
