FUNCTIONAL UNIT OF PLAY AND SENSE:
– 2v1 players
– Playground divided in half spaces
– attract opponent and attack free spaces
DEVELOPMENT:
You can play in a half playground per time. Main goal of PPs is to keep possession, attract opponent to free mate/space and reach other half alternatively with a guide and with a through pass. When on the other half game continues with no pause with same rules.
Goal of RP is to recover the ball and make some pertinent action (guide outside playground, score in mini goals on the sidelines, become a PP (while the one who lost the ball go RP).
This is an intensive and high tempo PLEX (play experience) so short time of execution, many repetitions, good recovery.
