TECHNICAL.
This is a fun session and technical for the strikers. The 2 team compete for the ball with the goal keeper as their neutral. The striker stands out watching and waiting the team in possession to pass him the ball. He also takes responsibility for opening spaces and being diagonal to the ball. The team in possession have to pass in some set seconds to the goal keeper and to the striker to get the point. The striker finishes the ball, while the defending team try to block, but not tackle or pressure the striker.
ADVANCED 1
Advanced level drill, where strikers have to perform physical and tactical work. The number 9 of the team in possession starts running up to the poles. Once in the zone, he is marked by number 2, permanent defender. The role is to pass the ball to one side before you get to the dotted line. Once done, the strikee moves forward while still marked and finishes a cross. Then, the other other team starts rondo, while striker work is not yet finished. He recieves another pass from the goal line coach while still under the pressure of the defender. He recieves and finishes a 1v1 situation. Then the opponents' striker starts his action.
ADVANCED
2 teams competing in this drill, pressure applies upon the team in possession increases as the drill goes on till the end. In the penalty zone, number 4 represents the team in defense, and number 9 represents the team in possession. The drill begins, numbers 9 and 4 start the physical competition. Players in the rondo zone pass the ball around. 7 and 8 support player 10 in possession and so on. Meawhile, the defense team, 8 protecting the penalty box line, number 7 applying the pressure on ball holder and 10 marking. Once 4 and 9 get into the zone, now number 4 applies the high pressure on ball holder or reciever with number 7, and number 9 provides support. In a pre set range of time, the ball should be passed to number 9 who should get into the oenalty box marked and pressured by number 8, and finishes the attack. Both teams now twke each other's line up, and new game begins.
STRIKER WORK
This is a drill to help strikers understand the role of false 9. Two teams with on striker for each team at every end. The striker of the team in possession gets in the circle providing support to his mates. After set number of passes or seconds, the striker gets the ball and his mates run into the other end. The striker passes the ball into the other zone to one mate and gets to the other end before time's up, and gets the pass from his mates. After successfully finishing this turn, the ball is passed to the next team with the other striker in the same roles now.
STRIKER WORK
This is a drill demanding the striker to undergo physical challenge during the 3-4 minutes. Players in the rondo zone challenge. While the striker should touch the cones and go into the rondo zone. All that in previously set time by the coach, as well as a marking player, to apply more seriousness and pressure upon the striker. Once th striker gets in the rondo zone, team in defense role apply higher pressure on team in possession. Now, new timing begins. The high pressure by opponents and the time set by the coach to pass to number 9 and finish, all that to help players get faster and more accurate by time. Number 9 gets the ball into the zone and undergoes pressure by the defender, bounces the ball against the net, and gets to the next end doing and undergoing the same.
ANIMATION 5
This is the more advanced situation for full backs before the overlap. They undergo physical burden as well as tactical and technical work. They communicate better while working with the team in possession. Both full backs compete while sprinting. But the decision whether right or left back takes the next role depends on wether the ball in the right or left possession zone.
