A set up to give you plenty to coach with young players. With a delayed defender you can coach:

– Attackers use wide and look to play quick and score early either shooting or passing to player in a better position

– Defenders, coach 1v2 defending so showing the player away from his team mate and the goal and trying to close space and narrow in at an angle to create a 1v1 or slow the play down to let your team mate get back
