An example of exercise for trainning the subprinciple “Preventing opponent to move forward”
Team splitted in two groups of 5 players. It consists of playing several situations of 1×1, with one player trying to bass the pall to one of his mates, located in the opposed half. The ball can be only passed when the player reaches the opponent side. The coach gives the ball to the player who wins (pass the ball successfuly) or to the one that wasn’t responsible to take the ball out ot the exercise area. Every duel last 50s, then both player are replaced and joins the rest of their team in the end line of the exercise area. Every pair repeats the series twice.
