To start with the red/yellow team are in possession. If the ball is transferred from 1 wall player to the other that is a point but it must go via a red/yellow player.

Meaning they must check off/lose their marker to get a touch of the ball. From there they are looking to turn and play forward or bounce it back for the wall player to play forward, If the other team get a touch of the ball then they become the team in possession.

Possible rotation: rotate between the 3 groups of 2 to take turns as wall players giving a good ratio of hard work in the middle x2 to softer work as wall player x1

Progression:

Allow the players in the middle to flow between the two central zones once they have been working hard enought o lose their man. Now you can start to coach central midfield rotations to get on the ball
