Passing Circle – ideal for central midfield rotation 6 & 9 start on either side outside of the circle as target players. 8 & 10 start inside the circle in opposite halves. To begin with 6 plays into 8, 8 plays to 10 & 10 then plays to 9. Once 9 receives the ball they’ll then dribble around the outside of the circle to switch sides with 6. Progression One 6 plays into 8, 8 will then combine with 10 before playing into 9. Once 9 receives the ball they’ll then dribble around the outside of the circle to switch sides with 6. Progression Two 6 plays a one two with 8 and enters the circle, 8 will move to the outside, 6 will then play into 10, who then plays into 9. Working on speed of play and movement, can you be in a position to play first time?
