Phase Of Play – Switching Play – Unoposed – 7 a Side Goalkick 1) Defenders Split 2) Keeper plays to either side 3) Keeper receives the ball back to play out to opposite side 4) Defender plays up the line to wide player 5) Wide play dribbles up the pitch and crosses from a wide position 6) Attacker and opposite wide player arrive to score from the cross Coaching the why behind the passing and movement to build game understanding and produce other ideas from the players We could play out this way if the opposing team presses us quickly from our goalkick.
