This is a drill that could be of mutliple purposes. As a fan of transition, it is included in most of the drills devised. Huge part of the game is FUN. Here, trying to chage the routine, we ask a player to run to the pole then come back from offside postion. His mates gonna time a pass once he is back and finish the attack. Transition after that.
