5) Pass and follow the ball (another direction)

– 10 players in each square (5 minutes):

6) Passive/Dynamic Stretching

(2 minutes).

7) Continuous running at medium/high speed

(8 minutes):

8) Dynamic Stretching / Injury Prevention

(3 minutes).

9) Hydration

(2 minutes).

10) Ball Possession “GK+10v10+GK”

2 touches. Between penalty box and midfield line (6 minutes):

11) Passive Stretching

(2 minutes).

12) Game “GK+10v10+GK”

– Two parts of 12 minutes (25 minutes):
