U 10 Technical exercise: dribble, passing and receiving

This exercise has the goal to coach the most important technical skills for children from 8 to 10 years old: dribble, passing and receiving while running. The player 1 starts to dribble among the cones go and back and leave the ball to the player 2; then he must run toward the ball on his left and play wall pass with left foot with the elastic net. Once he receives the ball back with left foot again, the player 1 dribbles among the second line of cones; after the ball control, he plays a wall pass with the other elastic net, passing and receiving with right foot and passing forward to the player 3 and running to replace him. The player 3 play a wall pass to with the first elastic net, passing and receiving with the two different feet and the sequence starts again with the player 2.
