Working on the movement of blue 7 & 11, going away to come short, coming short to go long & combination play to get in behind. Play starts with blue 6 who looks to combine with blue 8 & 10 to release blue 7 or 11. Once the ball has been successfully played out blue 8 & 10 can join the attack. A goal can only be scored from a delivery from a wide area. If reds win the ball they look to play into the mini goals. Timing of runs from blue 8, 9 & 10 are just as important as the delivery by blue 7 or 11. Blues discuss in their team what sorts of runs they could make to give them the best chance to score.
