2 teams competing in this drill, pressure applies upon the team in possession increases as the drill goes on till the end. In the penalty zone, number 4 represents the team in defense, and number 9 represents the team in possession. The drill begins, numbers 9 and 4 start the physical competition. Players in the rondo zone pass the ball around. 7 and 8 support player 10 in possession and so on. Meawhile, the defense team, 8 protecting the penalty box line, number 7 applying the pressure on ball holder and 10 marking. Once 4 and 9 get into the zone, now number 4 applies the high pressure on ball holder or reciever with number 7, and number 9 provides support. In a pre set range of time, the ball should be passed to number 9 who should get into the oenalty box marked and pressured by number 8, and finishes the attack. Both teams now twke each other’s line up, and new game begins.
