This is a fun session and technical for the strikers. The 2 team compete for the ball with the goal keeper as their neutral. The striker stands out watching and waiting the team in possession to pass him the ball. He also takes responsibility for opening spaces and being diagonal to the ball. The team in possession have to pass in some set seconds to the goal keeper and to the striker to get the point. The striker finishes the ball, while the defending team try to block, but not tackle or pressure the striker.
