TWO MIDFIELDER IN PLAY

ACTIVITY # 1 Setup: ... Pitch 40x30m, cones, balls ...

Instructions: ... In an area 40x30m, with two 30x15m and one central zone 30x10m, two teams play 4 vs 4 inside both end zones and seek to retain possesion and compete at least 4 consecutive passes with the help of the two midfielder in central zones. If they completed 4 passes, they can then pass to teammates on the other side of the field.

Coaching points: ...
1.The focus is on intelligente movements towards available passing lanes and providing available passing options.
2.The quality passes need to be synchronized to the well timed movements to receive.
