WARM UP 3
1-2 drill, then finish, go back. The next round change roles with your mate!
Progression: raise the bar of the game, the first team who finish in the side goal become forwards and the others defend in 2v2 game inside the box.
WARM UP
Warm up is Art! This is how I like to see it. You target turning on players' bodies and minds. When the warm up is fun and deliberate, players will progress through the drills well prepared and aware. To heat them up, coach should raise the bar gradually targetting mainly physical, techincal and mental aspects. We usually aim to move their legs and feet to all sides during a drill with a medium range and up.

TRANSFER OF PLAY
Introducing that form of play transfer is crucial. The players must start in similar way to the end.
ADVANCED
In this advanced drill, the 2 zones for rondo are placed on both wings. The teams are formed of 5 players each, with one neutral striker helping the team in possession. Each team should have 3 midfielders and 2 wingers. The team in possession lines up 3 in the rondo zone, where the ball is, and one wing on the other side, with the defensive midfielder outside supporting his mates. The role for the team in possession is to pass in the rondo zone, then transfer the play via the number 6 player to the other side. Once the ball is in the other rondo zone, the winger on the other side who receives the pass, should now cross, and his mates should finish. Then, the core of my most sessions, TRANSITION!
ADVANCED AND PHYSICALLY DEMANDING.
A drill with 2 coming backs from offside zones. The player 6 gets the ball while the defender trying to block his pass. His mates running in 2 groups. The group coming in from the further poles receive the ball and allowed to keep it for set seconds only before passing to the next zones. Their mates in the next zone should complete set number of passes under heavy pressure by the defenders. Once the number completed the mates in the first zone should go through to the last box receive and finish. Players now organize for their new roles in the other half.
