Organization: Four players are practicing ball passing exercise in relation 3 blue vs 1 red player in field ( A ). After the 3 vs 1 action in field ( A ) the opposite red player and one blue player move to field ( B ) and continue exercise in relation 3 red vs 1 blue.

Progression: In field ( A ) players play the ball possesion game in relation 4 blue vs 2 red players. Two red and two blue players are inside the playing field and two more players are on cross lines of the playing field. Red players have the task to get the ball and pass it to their players in field ( B ) on the sross lines and move to field ( B ) and forming the ball possesion game in relation 4 red vs 2 blue players. Two blue players who played the ball possesion game inside the field ( A ) move to cross lines the playing field ( A ) and cross lines blue players move to the playing field ( B ) to play the ball possesion game.

DOUBLE SMALL SIDED GAME

Coaching Points: ... The target group of players are red team. The application of the game is to create chances and score so that teams create a continuous attack with playing out from the back in which they must participate midfielders.

OUT FROM THE BACK - 3 OPTIONS

Setup: ... Pitch 60x75, balls and cones.

Formation- Team working with (GK-4-2-1) and going to Gates.
Opposing team (3-3) going to goal.
Goal Keeper collects the ball and we see a transition from defence to attack (attacking team play high & wide)

1. Option 1 - Playing into midfield from GK
Goal keeper plays into central midfield player. Midfielders its movement creates space for safely receiving ball in the central area. Midfieder recives the ball and has a number of passing options. Encourage midfielder to play max.two touch, move the ball quickly with penetratin passes and play forward when possible.

2. Option 2 - Playing to the central defender frim GK. If the strikers prevent the goalkeeper playing into midfield, GK can play into either of the central defenders. Depending on the side GK distributes the ball, one midfielder will play short and other long. The player in possesions has number of playing options and decision will be dictated by the position of defending players.

3. Option 3 - Playing to the full back (RB/LB)
Full back has a number of passing options or can carry the ball forward in the opportunity arises.


4 BACK & 2 MID. IN POSSESION

Setup: ... Pitch 40x40, balls and cones.

Instructions: ...Mark out Using a 40x40m area for the second part of this drill, arrange 4 players playing out from the back and 2 attacker who is pressuring the ball in both half of the field. Passage of red sticks indicates the scoring line.

•The 4 defenders (red) attempt to keep possession of the ball (4vs2) and score by running through the two side gates. The line represents the midfield area of the field. When opponent steals the ball, has the task of quickly transferred to another field for the game, and the red have the task as soon as possible repossess.
